We weeded and pruned yesterday. The irises are mostly Iris ensata, the Japanese Iris. Both this, the central valley, and China Valley, one ravine to the south, have extensive areas that stay consistently wet. That's what these Iris like, we have a lot of them and they're at their height right now.

Amanda, Nathan, and I worked in the central valley Wednesday
